What is Swag Bucks?
Swag Bucks is a search engine that awards you in the form of Swag Bucks (points that can be traded in for prizes.) You can chose from a variety of prizes including gift cards. My favorite is a $5 Amazon.com gift card. It costs 450 Swag Bucks.
You get 30 Swag Bucks for joining and can win anywhere from 20 – 50 Swag Bucks a day if you search until you win in the morning and in the evening, and a couple of times in between. I usually win within my first 5 searches and I usually win about 3-4 times a day; you just have to spread out your searching. They also have Swag Codes out at least once a day that can be worth 4 or more Swag Bucks. I usually post on Facebook when they are available and where they are.

Here is how to earn more Swag Bucks:
Search
The key is to use Swag Bucks as a replacement for your current search engine. Use it frequently. One tip is to use it to visit websites instead of using the bookmarks/favorites you have saved. You can also use the Swag Bucks search engine on the Swag Bucks widget on the right side of my blog. Download the toolbar and from that same page, set your default search engine to Swagbucks.com.
There are 3 ways to earn a guaranteed 4 Swag Bucks every day: No Obligation Special Offers, Daily Poll and using the Toolbar!
No Obligation Special Offers (NOSO)
You can earn bonus Swag Bucks just by browsing the No Obligation Special Offers section every day!
Here’s how:
Look across the top of Swagbucks.com for the tab that says Earn.
Select NOSO from the drop down box.
Click on the orange circle that says Start Earning Now on the left side.
Scroll through these offers by clicking Skip or See Next Offer.
Once you get through about 5 offers it will alert you that you have received 2 bonus Swag Bucks.
You can do this every day!
Daily Polls
Here's how:
Look across the top of Swagbucks.com for the tab that says Earn.
Select Daily Polls from the drop down box.
Complete the poll and receive a bonus Swag Buck.

Use the Swag Bucks toolbar everyday and you will earn at least 1 bonus Swag Buck a day!
Plus there are often exclusive Swag Codes released on the toolbar.
Here’s how:
Look across the top of Swagbucks.com for the tab that says Tools.
Select Toolbars from the drop down box. Download and install the toolbar for your browser and restart your browser. The first time you open your browser each day, you'll earn 1 Swag Buck.
There is also a browser plug-in that will make Swagbucks.com your default search engine; this will be used in the search box that's in the upper right corner of your browser. Use this to do your searches or use the Toolbar to search Swag Bucks, keep track of your earnings and more!

Complete Special Offers
Here’s how:
Look across the top of Swagbucks.com for the tab that says Earn.
Select Special Offers from the drop down box.
Browse through the Special Offers on the different "walls". Complete any that appeal to you. I use a separate email account for these just to make it easier to keep track of. Sometimes it's just a matter of clicking through offers, sort of like the NOSO. Sometimes you need to have a confirmation email to prove you did the offer which is why I made a completely separate email address. Some of them send a lot of junk as well and I don't want that getting mixed up with my necessary emails. Most of what I do are watching videos for 1-4 Swag Bucks.
Swag Codes
Swag Codes are bonus codes that you enter in the “Enter Your Swag Code” box on the Swag Bucks home page. When I know that there is a Swag Code out, I always try post a message on the Swagbuck-ing with the Divas Facebook page. If you're not part of this group, please ask me to add you.
Swag Codes can vary in value. The most I have seen is 30 Swagbucks and the least I have seen is 4. But it’s nice to earn a bonus.

Be sure to read their blog, and become a fan on Facebook and Twitter. They release Swag Codes on these pages as well, although not as often.
Mega Swag Bucks Friday
Every Friday Swag Bucks offers a higher denomination of Swag Bucks to winners. Instead of the typical 10 – 30, you might win 50, 100 or more! Just by doing the searches you would do on a normal day!
Newsletter
Twice a month Swagbucks sends out a newsletter (not very consistently). These (sometimes) have a bonus Swag Code in them. To make sure you get the newsletter, you need to go to Swagbucks.com and click on Newsletter on the left side menu. It is at the bottom.
Shop through Swag Bucks
Swag Bucks offers you bonus bucks when you go through their website to do your shopping. Just go to SwagBucks.com and click on the tab that says Earn. Then click on Shop & Earn and follow the instructions. You will get 2 Swag Bucks for every $1 you spend; I bought my son a computer and made almost 1700 Swag Bucks!
Trade In Old Electronics
Swag Bucks has a trade in program for your used video games & consoles as well as books. Just go to SwagBucks.com and click on the tab that says Earn. Then click on Trade In and follow the instructions.
Refer your friends
Swag Bucks has an awesome referral program. Refer your friends to Swag Bucks and when they win by searching, you win the same amount! (That means if your friend searches and wins 20 Swag Bucks, you will get 20 Swag Bucks too! You only win from their searches and there is a limit of 1000 Swag Bucks per referral. After they reach 1000 Swag Bucks, you will no longer receive credit.) There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
To find your referral link, go to Swagbucks.com and click on Tools and then select Invite & Earn from the drop down box. This page also shows other ways to invite your friends to Swag Bucks.
If you connect your Swag Bucks page to your Facebook page, whenever you win it will post on FB. This is also a referral link for you. I've had several people join Swag Bucks this way.
And the best part… Cashing in for prizes!
My absolute favorite prize is the Amazon.com gift card. They offer 3 different denominations ($5, $25 and $50. $5 is the best value, followed by $50 and then $25). You can get 5 of each a month. You are limited to only requesting 2 prizes a day.
Here’s how it works:
On Swagbucks.com home page, click on Redeem.
Then select Swag Store.
Then click on Gift and Rewards Cards.
Look for the Amazon.com gift cards.
Select the one you want and click redeem.
You will have to verify your purchase via email or you can set up a verification question.
The gift cards will be posted to your Swag Bucks account within 10-14 days, sometimes quicker.
When you receive your gift card codes, here is how to add them to your Amazon.com account.
Go to Amazon.com.
Go to Your Account in the top right corner.
Go to Apply a Gift Card to Your Account. You will see a box that says “Want to redeem a new gift card?”
Enter the code that Swag Bucks gave you for the gift card and click Redeem Now. That gift card is now stored in your account as a balance. You can store as many gift cards as you want, it just adds them to the balance. When you check out, it automatically applies your gift card balance to your order (you can select for it not to). Back on Swagbucks.com, once you redeem your Amazon gift card (or any other gift card you receive electronically), click on Mark as Used so you don't try to use it again.
Here’s an example of how it would work. You select a $50 gift card from Swag Bucks. You receive the gift card and follow the above instructions to add it to your Amazon.com account. You decide to purchase an item that is $30. You go through check out and it applies $30 of your gift card balance. You now have $20 left on your gift card balance. It’s that easy!
